Team (Marketing) Assistant (may promote to Project Manager)


Job Responsibility:

1.          Plan and execute marketing promotion on social medias for specific projects

2.          Devise Marketing campaign that meets the brief and budget

3.          Organizing pre-sales and after-sales events

4.          Generate leads for products and services

5.          Copy writing all promotional materials in both of Chinese and English

6.          Familiar with the project, and able to deliver the messages to our worldwide co-workers efficiently

7.          Assist on collecting immigration documents from customers

8.          Keep track of project progress through communicating with lawyers and customers

9.          Arrange training for immigration consultants

10.      Any ad-hoc or related duties as assigned from time to time

11.      Basic Photoshop and illustrator skills will be an advantage




-   Candidates must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or have long term working visa in Hong Kong

-  Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma on Marketing, Enterprise Management, Sales or other related major;

-  Proficient in English and Chinese in a view of business communication with English and Chinese speaking associates.

-  Preferred one year work experience in marketing but not necessary (Fresh graduates will be considered as well)

-  Strong communication skills, coordination ability, crisis handling capacity, with good affinity and good team spirit;

- Positive and enthusiastic, responsible and high efficiency;

- Proficient in office software;



Immigration Consultant /Sales


Job Responsibility:

1.          To provide professional and high quality immigration advisory services;

2.          Completes sales target according to the company's sales plan

3.          Cater to high net-worth clients’ needs & work out immigration proposals accordingly

4.          Follow up closely with clients to ease misgivings & close the deal in shortest time possible

5.          Prepare all relevant materials/documents for clients

6.          Provide after sales service to get customer referrals

7.          Must be proficient in all the immigration programs, educational systems, investment environment of different countries

8.          Maintain company’s reputation and clients’ satisfaction,

9.          Work closely with marketing on events and loyalty programs




-   Candidates must be Hong Kong Permanent Resident or have long term working visa in Hong Kong

-  Bachelor's degree or above is preferred(excellent graduates may consider);

- Native English Speaker is preferred

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in reading, writing and speaking

- Possess good communication skills and negotiation skill

- Positive, meticulous, dynamic, confident candidates are preferred

- Proficiency in computer and office software;

- Strong sense of sales, able to withstand greater work pressure

- Proactive, hardworking, responsible, good sense of service and team spirit;

- Education, high-end sales, financial industry or peer experience is preferred;

- Willing to learn and grow with the Company
