Following requirements need to be met to obtain the citizenship of Malta:

1. A one-time donation to the Economic Development Fund starting from €600,000.

2. Purchasing a €700,000 residential property/renting a residential real estate for 5 years with €16,000 annual rent. 

3. Donating €10,000 to Maltese charities.
