Investment Requirements:

To obtain a long-term residence permit in Spain, you need to meet one of the following requirements:

1. The minimum deposit amount for a single person is ¥500,000. For each additional applicant, the deposit amount will increase by ¥400,000. 

2. For applicants under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Consulate only (census register in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and Anhui):

The amount of deposit in Spanish account starts from €40,000. The amount will increase by €30,000 for each additional applicant. 

Both options require non-wage income: deposit interest, financial income, rent, pension, gift and so on.
