Requirements:

To obtain a L1A visa in the US, you need to meet the following requirements:

 

1. 1 consecutive year experience of senior management in the past three years, employed by the same company outside the United States (usually a Chinese company) at least level 3 in the management structure. 

2. The company outside the U.S. (usually Chinese companies) has been established for more than 3 years, having about 30 employees and is profitable. 

3. The U.S. company has been operating normally for about 1 year and is associated with overseas companies (usually Chinese companies).
